EXCHANGE POLICY

Our exchange policy is for 7 days after you received the parcel, you can change or replace the item within 7 days after you received if the 7 days gone then the parcel will not be exchanged you can simply notify us by sending us an email at support@dnexto.com before 7 days gone by since delivery date. We will be able to assist you by sending replacement at no cost, Our goal is make our valuable customers happy and satisfied we will do our best to make you happy.

RETURNS

Our return policy is lasts for 7 days after you received the package, after 7 days we cant offer a refund.For the return the item must be in a same condition as it delivered, must not be used, postage would be the expenses of buyers.

REFUNDS

Once your item has shipped and order is fulfilled we can no longer cancel the order you will have to wait until you received the item to sent it back to us. When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an Email to notify you that we have received your returned item we will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned item is approved for refund then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, the process may take several amount of days.

REFUSED, UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

We are not responsible if the package returned to us as refused, unclaimed or undeliverable because of incorrect address, If the package is returned to us we will try our best to contact you, if we are unable to contact you we will hold your package for 30 days from the date of invoice , the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

If we have not heard from you within 30 days we will issue an in store credit for your invoice amounts. This will be valid for six months from date of issue plus the restoring fee 25% will be deducted from amount, if the customer chooses not to have their order reshipped then refund will be in accordance to our returns and refund policy

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account or contact your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, if you have done all of this and still no received your refund yet then contact us at support@dnexto.com
